The Toledo 3 Panel Oak Prefinished Fire Door Set by LPD is a solid statement of safety and sophistication for any home. With its traditional charm and robust construction, this pre-hung FD30 rated door is engineered to provide enhanced fire resistance, offering peace of mind and aesthetic appeal in equal measure. Constructed from a solid engineered core and adorned with a rich oak veneer, this prefinished door is not only built to withstand the rigors of daily life but also to endure the critical conditions of a fire, resisting the spread of flames for up to 30 minutes.

The door's design features three elegantly raised panels, each framed by exquisite bolection mouldings. These details add a sense of depth and character to the door, ensuring that it enhances the interior space with its grand, traditional aesthetic.

These doorsets are supplied pre-hung, with latch and strike-plate pre-fitted, with only the doorstop (loose pinned during transport), intumescent seals (linings pre-grooved) and handles to fit on-site - meaning installation per-doorset takes on average around 20 minutes (not including decoration time). Perfect for renovations and large scale projects alike. Door supplied fully finished in a clear satin lacquer and in a vast array of sizes for your convenience.
